Fiery Kebab: New Chapter in Grilled Perfection
Located in Śródmiejska, Kalisz, Fiery Kebab recently reopened with a fresh vision, a completely renovated space, and new ideas. As a devoted kebab lover, I was eager to give it a second try, hoping the changes would improve the dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the inviting warmth of grilled meat and aromatic spices set a promising tone.
The kebabs were undoubtedly the star of the menu with various side dishes as well, including fries, hummus and salads. I had a difficult time deciding between wide ranges of options, but I ended up ordering their special “lavash with cheese”. Perfectly melted cheese and delightfully grilled meat with a well-balanced blend of herbs and flavors created a well-balanced combination. The fresh quality of vegetables and meat was evident in every bite. Regarding side dishes, specifically fries, I found them a bit too soft and not salty enough. In contrast to perfectly grilled meat, fries were somewhat disappointing.
One of my favourite aspects of Fiery Kebab its interior design. The newly renovated space is modern and inviting, with tasteful decorations symbolising Middle Eastern culture without making it feel intimidating. The open kitchen concept allows guests to see the chefs in action, adding to the lively experience. While it can get a bit noisy, it’s a great way to engage customers and set up the tone.
My server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. However, despite the friendly approach of the staff, there were a few areas that could be improved. Although the food arrived hot, the wait time was longer than expected, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy during my visit. What’s more, the service during a meal was inconsistent. While my server checked in regularly early in the meal, it became harder to catch their attention later, particularly when I wanted to order more.
What surprised me the most was the prices. Regarding high quality ingredients and excellent service, the prices were surprisingly affordable. This, in my opinion makes Fiery Kebab even more attractive for anyone who wants finest quality food without breaking the bank.
Despite, some drawbacks I believe that Fiery Kebab offers an interesting approach to this beloved dish, blending traditional flavors with fresh ideas. While there is certainly room for improvement particularly in consistency of food preparation and service, the overall quality of ingredients and attractive interior create a memorable dining experience. The menu is diverse, featuring various flavors, but I would love to see even more unique or adventurous options added in the future.

I am really amazed by your review. After reading it, I decided to go, and try that kebab. Maybe local itself was not the best i’ve ever seen, but meal was delicious. I have ordered their special „lavash with cheese” which you recommended. Its flavor was absolutely amazing! The best part, was that delicious, grilled meat. I could easily recommend that kebab shop to others, and your review really helped me.
OdpowiedzUsuńI must say Fiery's Kebab is my big favorite! I have tried many kebab restaurants in Kalisz, and only Fiery's truly lived up to my expectations. The food there is genuinely delicious. I have tried multiple options from their wide-ranging menu, and each one suprised me by flavor combinations and variety of ingredients.

I also had the same experience as you: I had to wait quite a long time for my order, even though there was only one person in the restaurant. It was worth it, but the restaurant could improve on their preparation time and speed of service.
The prices are appealing, and the fact that the restaurant has a special discount for students surprised me.
Even though I am not a fan of kebab, I was impressed by how good it can taste here. I can recommend Fiery's kebab to anyone.
